Hi, my name is Jo, nice to meet you!

I work with people that are looking to make a change to their life or wellbeing and need some help getting motivated and clearing through anything holding them back.

Working with me as your coach will be the most wholehearted and powerful investment you will make for yourself. I will help you move away from old patterns and belief systems that no longer serve you and guide you through a process to embrace the change and enable the shift to experience who you really are.

I see your whole lifestyle, mind and body as being interconnected and, using different powerful approaches and methods I will work with you to make the changes you need that enable you to experience a transformative and sustainable shift.

Our sessions are about you, however you show up. I am here to guide you through, support you and hold you accountable while you investigate the relationship that you have with yourself, what is working and not working and where the breakthroughs are waiting.

I am trained in multiple methods including Life Coaching, Mindfulness Coaching, Yoga and Ayurveda therapy and I bring my full toolkit to my sessions. My client’s come to me for many things including career and life changes, work life balance, wellbeing advice, stress management and finding life purpose. I offer 121 sessions, group sessions and workshops.

My Story

I worked for 20 years in the corporate world in a high-pressured job where I learned how to hustle and how to graft. I am a trained negotiator, I have run teams large and small in FTSE 100 companies and even one of the ‘Big Four’ consultancies.

In spite of the successes I achieved it never felt like I was doing what I supposed to be doing, I didn’t want to spring out of bed in the morning it felt like something was off, unbalanced. The years were whizzing by and my health, both mental and physical, were hanging on for dear life to the side of the rollercoaster I couldn’t get off of. I knew I was letting myself down.

In 2017, now well into my 30’s, I decided something needed to change, not knowing where to start I began doing yoga regularly. The mat became my place of peace and inquiry, off the mat well, I was just dealing with the growing symptoms. In a ploy to answer the question I kept coming back to “is this it, no but really, is it?” I set out on a journey (hate that word) of learning more about the things I was interested in and what made me feel good.

This led me to the start of my new life path (better than journey?) where I initially trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) – who knew you could change your mindset! Then onto Life Coaching – who knew you could change your life because you are actually in control of it? Then onto Ayurveda and Yoga – wow who knew you really could feel good physically and mentally and have a roadmap for balancing it all out forever! It was game changing for me.

In between all of this lovely soul searching I still had a day job. I now had all the tools to live my “best life” but, I burnt out from over working and had to take time out of work, I was riddled with anxiety and on anti-depressants unable to make a decision or hold a meaningful conversation.  A year later I was made redundant from my day job. I survived a pandemic (by eating my way through it) and Covid-19 twice when others around me didn’t. This is just a few years of my most recent peaks and pits that made me stop, hold myself accountable and make the shift.

The point of sharing this is, we are all human, we all have a story, we all have past trauma, we all want to be better and do better and I believe that I can help my clients do just that.
